Opening:
1. Turn in Independent Reading #23
*Reader's Notebook Check (10-15 entries)

Work Period:
2. Look at your Revising and Editing Test.

  • How many passages are there?
  • Which are Revising? How do you know?
  • Which are Editing?  How do you know?
3. For each passage, sort the questions by difficulty...easiest to hardest.

  • Discuss what makes each question hard or easy.


4. After we review each section's hardest questions, I'll show you the answers.

Closing:
Final Review of any questions missed at a high frequency.

Homework:
  • Independent Reading
