Chunk 1: Feelings about Baseball:
- Mark the text by highlighting or underlining words in the first three paragraphs that indicate how the narrator feels about playing baseball.
- Summarize the narrator's feelings about baseball in the "My Notes" section on page 11.
Chunk 2: Choices and Predictions
- Write in the "My Notes" section the CHOICE made by each of the three characters in the scene

Chunk 3: Feelings about Choice
- Mark the WORDS that show how the narrator feels
- Circle the choices she makes during the rest of the season.
- Write a REACTION to the narrator's choices in the "My Notes" section
