- An opening or lead that hooks the reader
- An event retold vividly
- Details and thorough descriptions of characters and settings
- The characters' response to the event, including their feelings and thoughts
- Effective and purposeful dialogue
- A reflection on the lesson learned or significance of the experience.
3. Provide illustrations that capture the key parts of your myth and that add a visual layer to your story
